Welcome to BustingBinaries.com. This site was created by Lisa Weiner-Mahfuz and Ana Lara who are writers and organizers.  We launched this site in an effort to build a community of resistance by addressing the binaries in our movements.  This site offers opportunities for organizers, writers and artists to learn about, dialogue and actively challenge binary thinking and action. This is a continuously evolving site that incorporates new writings, new experiences and new perspectives on an on-going basis.  Our intention is that this site can serve as a resource for people who are concerned about how our movements are stunted by either/or thinking. 

We urge you to visit frequently to read new articles, check up on udpated resources, and to learn about new tools (such as curricula and training manuals) that we are in the process of developing.
